Auction Donation Requests

Auction Donations can be picked up by one of our fabulous volunteers.  You can also arrange to drop them off in Speedway at 5414 Meadowood Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46224.  To coordinate pick-up or drop-off, please call or text Amy at 317.529.9750.

Ticket Donations for Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Fever, Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Indians, Indiana University Football, Purdue Football....we will take anything you would like to offer!! We LOVE swag too. We try to pair our tickets with goodies, apparel, and/or swag, as well.

All Restaurant and Local Spa Giftcards Appreciated!!  We would love any swag or additional items to pair with the giftcard, as well to group together in a basket.

Would you prefer to put a basket together on your own?  Those are our favorite contributions!! We love alllll the baskets, or feel free to provide the items and our volunteers will assemble the basket on your behalf.  Some examples include: Baskets/Items from local businesses- perfect way to promote your brand, smores basket, golf basket, pickleball basket, spa basket, coffee basket, BBQ Grill basket with all the supplies and fixin's, lottery ticket basket, car wash basket, outdoor pool fun basket.  Or, create your own!!! All donations are appreciated.

We LOVE Promo Items!!  There are two "fun holes" established around the course to break-up the day.  Those holes have games setup for golfers to win promo items.  In the past, these items have included sweatshirts, golf balls and tees, t-shirts, koozies, lottery tickets, chapstick, thermal cups, glasses, etc. We will take anything you want to donate.  Another perfect way to promote your company!

Want to contribute, but don't have the time?  We gladly accept monetary donations!!  Our team of volunteers will purchase the perfect items to assemble baskets for the auction. You can make a monetary donation at the link below.
